The 2013 Summer Movies at Marymoor Park in Redmond runs every Wednesday through the end of August. Not only are there fun movies to see in a great setting, each movie also has pre-show entertainment including aerial acrobatics, stilt walking, fire eating, cyr wheel, contortion and more! The ninth season of outdoor movies at King County’s Marymoor Park opens Wednesday, July 10 and runs weekly through August 28.
Big screen movies, cirque performers, movie trivia and the region’s best food trucks will be on hand at King County’s Marymoor Park this summer for the First Tech Movies@Marymoor presented by Overlake Medical Clinics. Movies are shown on a 40-foot inflatable movie screen. Bring blankets and warm clothes for a comfortable evening. All events are dog friendly.
Local nouveau cirque performers The Cabiri will entertain with aerial acrobatics, stilt walking, fire eating, cyr wheel, contortion and more. Movie trivia contests will test attendees’ knowledge of the season’s films and a number of interactive events will be available for attendees to enjoy.
Pre-movie seating is $5 starting at 7 p.m. Movies show at dusk.
