Honestly this sounds like the more fun than any of the other St. Patrick’s Day festivities I’ve attended in the past- I have yet to do a dinner cruise on the Sound (or anywhere really)!
Having come from an Irish family and growing up in the UK, my Dad came from County Mayo, Southern Ireland. I spent many summers there working on the farm. It would be so nostalgic to have some great Irish food along with great Celtic music.~ Lecia Kelley.
I’m not Irish but would love to enjoy Irish cuisine, music, and the holiday with my partner for my first St Patrick’s Day in Seattle… woohoo!!!
What a way to spend the holiday! Count me in (I hope!)…
This sounds like a excellent adventure! Count me in! (if I win)
Recently my ex-boyfriend and I started to rekindle what we started a few years ago. We took a dinner cruise a few years ago which was very romantic that we both enjoyed. Maybe this one could be the beginning of what we are both anticipating to be a new start to a great relationship we once knew.
May the luck of the Irish be with my husband…what a fantastic way to celebrate his promotion!
Sarah and I were married on this boat on 9/6/98. It was a glorious sunny day. We cruised thru the cut and out into Lake WA for 3 hours. How about (after almost 15 years) an invite to “come aboard” once again? Thx Steve and Sarah Mooneyhan
We would love to go on this cruise to enjoy the St Patrick’s Day celebration in Irish style. Thanks for the chance to win!
Never been on the Waterwaves cruise before, my girls and I would love to celebrate St. Pats with all of you on the cruise in the Beauiful Seattle water.. Hope to win those tickets……
Irish love baby
I’m not Irish (I’m actually African-American), but my fiancee is part Irish and I think it would be a great experience for us to celebrate part of his heritage! Also, we have a 6 month old baby boy and this would be a great way to get a little alone time away from him and our other kiddos, whom we love dearly by the way :)
That’s a wonderful way of celebrating the holiday. It would be a memorable experience, without a doubt.
Sounds like a fun, tasty, and memorable St Patricks Day! Life is all about new experiences!
Wow–good times and good food! …I’m an Irishwannabe, and it’s my favorite holiday! …I’ve enjoyed one Waterways cruise in the past, and I would love to win this trip to enjoy a second one.
Cheers!
An evening around Seattle, great food and Celtic music would be a great way to enjoy the day. I love Celtic music
What a great way to spend St. Patrick’s Day! :)
Wait there’s more…our birthdays are 3/11 and 3/20. It’s also my wife’s 50th (don’t tell her I mentioned this) and Mooneyhan was Moneghan long ago. Thx again
Steve and Sarah Mooneyhan
I would love to take my mom on this!
What a wonderful way to spend St Patrick’s day in the beautiful Seattle waterways!
What better way to spend a holiday evening on a dinner cruise through Lake Union and Lake Washington. Who can resist the relaxing enjoyment of seeing all the lights along the waterways as we peacefully glide through the water. I am German and would put this trip down in my history books as one of the most enjoyable St. Patrick’s Days, which I would be spending with your cruise staff and my significant other on our first St. Patty’s together. I promise to wear GREEN!
I would like to go on this trip because my girlfrend is from Arkansas and she will be visiting St. Patty’s Weekend. she has never been on a ferry, because there are none in Arkansas. She will be moving here to seattle in August and i want to show her all the wonderful things we can do here in Seattle.
Holy shamrock — this would be the most memorable St. Patty’s Day ever! Would love to surprise my red-haired Irishish boyfriend with this fun cruise :)
wow So much fun… Irish Party, yummy food, music, and with my love. it’s gonna be the best. We just got married yesterday and My husband’s birthday is next Thursday. So we have many reasons to celebrate. (I hope we win) :D
So I can have a coma of Deliciousness and something fun to do on St. Patty’s!
I’m a native Seattlite who comes from a large Irish family. Our Family gatherings always consist of late night sessions where everyone grabs an instrument and/or their voice or both to sing standards through the night. Obviously a cruise is a bit different, but i would love to be apart of it this year!
I would love to go on a dinner cruise.
This just sounds like a ton of fun! Normally I wouldn’t go out on a work night, but I would definitely make an exception for this. ;)
I love Irish food and have never been on a dinner cruise before. Sounds super fun!!
My wife and I would love to do this! We have gone before to the boat cruises and always have the best time!
I’m wearing green for good luck.
I need a vacation! Even a night out would be awesome. Being a Single parent, sole support for your family, bill payer and the only responsible adult can really wear you down. Something like this would allow me to reclaim some of the energy I spend on others.
Because there is food…
sounds fun
I’m not Irish, but the menu look so delish…I want to be part of the celebration!
I’m planning to run the St. Paddy’s dash that morning – would be a fun way to finish the day! :)
I lived away for so long , While I was away for 17yrs. I continually missed Seattle and the boats the sound . I remember as a child growing up into my 20′s wishing that I could go on one of those boats and just enjoy the evening /daytime cruse . I would sit above the locks and just watch all the people so enjoying there boat rides as they went by . Always saying to myself one day .. one day I will get to finally go on a cruise . I still have not got to go yet . I am Irish , I love Celtic music . It reminded me of my moms pride in being Irish and what she tried to teach us about our culture. I think this would be a Fantastic Way to celebrate The Holiday ! I hope this ends up being the great memory that i have prayed for for all these years. .. Hope so!
I would like to attend because I’d like to celebrate St. Patrick day with some leprechauns.
I bet that’s the BEST Corned Beef in the NW..Then you add a cruise, I think this would be the best date ever for a husband and wife of 2 small children, who would give anything for a date… Just the two of us:)
ive never been on a dinner cruise! this would be amazing!
Because I’ve emphasized my Italian 1/4 at the expense of my Irish 50% for too long.
Sounds like fun :)
This would be lovely.
There was a young lass named Marie, who loved nothing more than the Sea.
To sail the lake enjoying Whiskey and cake would be more than a dream you see. Just so you know, your choices are low , as it is obvious that you need to pick me. :-)
This year has been hard on my partner and I after we both were laid off. When it rains it pours! (am I right Seattle?) This would be the perfect date night that we so need. Kiss me I’m Irish!
Mmmmmm. I’m not irish but I’d love to pretend for a night and celebrate with a boozy feast!
Mom’s half Irish, Dad’s half Irish…so I’m half Irish…..and I would love nothing more than to jump on a cruise with my half Irish arse!!! hahaha. Pick me! :)
Ahhhhh, the power of LOVE! I was planning to post our own enthusiastic plea for lucky tickets to board & enjoy the holiday on your lovely boat, but after reading through the replies I say grant the free tickets to Sarah & Steve Mooneyhan as a 15-year wedding gift & celebration of a love knot that was tied right there on your boat!! :) Happy St. Patty’s day everyone!
I have NEVER been on any kind of cruise of any sort… St. Patty’s Day has always been my favorite.. and my dream trip has always been, and will always be, going to Ireland.
(So, if ya think about it, this is my ultimate “pretend” Ireland trip, on a boat.)
AND.. recently, I made a choice for the better – so, I would say this cruise would be a fitting celebration. :)
I would love to share my Irish roots with my Iowa born and raised country husband!
I’ve only ever been on the lakes in a canoe.
for all the delicious grub and drinks of course!!! plus the leprechauns lol :)
BY PICKING ME, YOU’LL BE PICKING THE LIFE OF THE PARTAAAAAAAY!!!!!! :D
Oh how we’d love to make a splash,
all served up with bangers and mash!
A cruise through the union and we will see, just how great irish ways can be!
A wee bit o’drink, and irish tunes ta’boot, dig me up some grub, this would be a hoot! :-D
*Rubbing my little leprechaun with all my might!
My wife and I both work different shifts and share parent duties. It has been a long time since we have a night off together and our daughter will be at her aunts for a kids party. I would really love to surprise her with something unique like this. She deserves it.
Oi! I’m hard on luck b’cause me tater farm habn’t been producin’! Produce it boi!
This seems like a great way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. I would love to experience this!
My parents have been going through an intense amout of crap in the last few months. My step dad is an Irishman, and my mom loves the culture.
I’d love to win these tickets for them, so they can celebrate this holiday together, and have a night on the town.
They definitely deserve it.
Just found out from my ancestry search that I’m 3/4 Irish! I’d love to celebrate this holiday for the first time knowing these new details. I’ll be bringing Irish Whiskey Cheddar to share with the lot.
We are all Irish on St. Pat’s, wearin’ green, gettin’ pissed. This is an opportunity to go overboard!
Pints of love to Pipeline!
Forget the luck o’ the Irish! May the odds be in my favor!
I would love to give these tickets to my newly-wed friends who had a civil ceremony last year but had to postpone the “big wedding” in Ireland due to funds. It’ll be his first time celebrating St. Patrick’s day as an American, and I’d like to impress him with how the Seattle “Yanks” do it right.
This would be such a special time to share with my Fiancee. It would be a wonderful celebration to be in Seattle and see the sights and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. We are Seniors and do not get out much. What a way to have an awsome day!!!!
I spent 2012 St. Patrick’s Day in Chicago. There was a huge parade, the river was dyed green, and it was so fun. I want my 2013 St. Patrick’s Day to be memorable as well. This was certainly help!
I would LOVE to win this cruise package! I recently moved from Boston to Seattle. I would love an opportunity to spend my first St Patricks day here in such an amazing way!! I think it would so memorable!
Like many Irish, I’m quite proud of the green that runs through my veins, the amount of beer I can sometimes consume, and knowing all the words to ‘Danny Boy’ but the part that makes me the giddiest is that I get to combine all of these things with the fact that it’s my birthday on this most lovely of days! :D I’d love to celebrate with my middle school sweetheart on a romantic dinner cruise…can’t hurt to dream right?!?
Wow, this would be fun!
This would be so romantic, and I am also very much into Irish culture! St. Patrick’s Day is my favorite holiday!
How fun would this be for this Irish gal! I would love to win as I can’t think of a better way to spend the night & my husband would LOVE this!
Scup, Kiss my Blarney Stone! <3
I would love to spend an evening enjoying good food and great entertainment! It would be an unforgetable St. Patties day!
I’ve never been on a dinner cruise. It sounds really lovely and fun. What a fantastic way to spend St.Patrick’s day.
What an opportunity to say Happy St. Patricks day to my boyfriend, who has been out of a job for a year….It’d be nice to share a fun filled evening with him and meet new people!….I’ll even wear my my National Leprechaun Museum t-shirt from Dublin!
I can’t compete with some of these people for a reason. I would simple enjoy a date with my hubby of 20 years. I am not sure what a Date is anymore.
This would be a blast.
I love boats, and whiskey. Great combo!
My cousin just moved into town and this exactly the kind of event I’d love to take her too! We are saving all our pennies right now for the birth of her son, but she has been such an amazing help since she moved up here it would be amazing to take her out to something like this.
We havent had a chance to have a girls night out yet and this would be really fun!
I’m Irish and love bangers and mash!
Sounds like fun! I wanna go!
this would be a ton of fun! One of my favorite holidays. Will probably never stop learning more about Celtic heritage. Embrace it, and it will embrace you.
This would be the perfect way to celebrate my Husbands return from Afghanistan and Anniversary; a night away from our twins :) Great food, great drinks, meet new people ^_*
May the luck of the Irish be with me! ;)
I would love to do this.
My Irish friend and I would LOVE to go on the cruise!!!

This is a perfect dinner date with my husband for my upcoming birthday on March 30.
