From the illustrious metaphoric vagina of our collective imagination, springs forth the band known as The Awfully Sudden Death of Martha G. As most things do, the concept behind the project began small and grew and grew until it could no longer be contained within the swaddling confines of the womb that was our brains. And with laborious exertions, and a pain driven by love, the band emerged into the world a bawling infant on the face of the music industry.
