Part of what makes SIB special is the incredible range of beers we offer, both draft and bottle. The number of tickets a beer costs is based on how much the event paid for that particular beer. Some of them are among the most expensive beers in the world. Others are medium priced craft beers from breweries in the area. And then there’s everything in between. This system alone makes our event a true rarity and enables the consumer to try $40 per bottle beers for just a couple of bucks.
Festival passes include official SIB glass & 10 beer tickets (beers are 4oz. servings and cost 1 to 7 tickets. There are dozens of 1 ticket beers available).

I’ve always wanted to go to this event, I love trying different beers not normally available everyday
Cool! Would love to go. It’s my first summer in Seattle and this would be a great event to go to!
Would love to go – it’s my first summer in Seattle and this would be a great event to check out!
I want to attend the Beer Fest because my husband is just learning to love GOOD beer! This would be a great opportunity to expose him to the diversity of beers that exist. I want to win because we can’t afford to go otherwise ;) Hook me up!
I’m new to town and would love to sample the local brews!
I’d love the tix as I’m craving the Polish beer that I helped pour last year as a volunteer!
Beer! Heard of Barley’s Angels? I’m the redhead.
Please save me from a life of watered down, tasteless beers! My palate craves exotic, eye opening flavors only the Seattle International Beer Fest can offer. Plus, If it’s anything like the movie Beer Fest, i will come away with epic stories that will be passed down for many generations.
Thanks!!
I’m avid wine and hard cider drinker and said this was the year I would foray in to beer! This would be ideal event to help me do so!
Jan Wolfhouse: “Sounds like you guys fancy yourselves as drinkers, huh?”
Rolf: “Yeah, maybe a little bit,I think we just beat the Irish.” [Laughs].
Although this is from the movie Beerfest…..I’m pretty sure they stole it from my life :) I WOULD LOVE LOVE LOVE to go!!!! Pick me!
Where else can you try rarities like imperial stouts and sours with your dog without kids all in the same place?!
You just don’t even know how bad I need this. I’m the father of 3 kids (8, 5 and 2 1/2) and both my wife and I are full-time working parents. Nuff said, right? Daddy needs a day off by himself to have a drink, or two, or three. ;o) Not excluding my wife on purpose by the way…she just doesn’t like beer….but my best friend does. ;o)
Plus my first serious job in college was working at a microbrewery in Lawrence, Kansas called Free State Brewing. This is where I learned to love craft beers. And after 15 years of hinting around and hoping, my wife finally got me a home brewing kit last year. What a joy that’s been…to create my own batches of beer. AND I’m about to join the Rat City Homebrewers’ Club in White Center (at Big Al’s Brewery every third Thursday of the month).
I LOVE BEER! can you tell?
thanks for considering me.
tim
Hook me up!, i love beer and enjoy experiencing new ones…
Hook ME up, not Jill!

I want to win because I work hard and don’t get to PLAY as hard as I would like to. This would be a fun chance to get my husband drunk and take advantage of him!!!
I’d like to attend SIB Seattle Pipeline!
I’ll bring my future home-brewer Brother and we can narrow down his Beeriscope while also comparing SIB to PIB. And you’ll have an added value of using us as walking bill-boards, I’m 6’ 215lb, my bro 6’4” 210lb.
Thanks!
My boyfriend is in the Fermentation Science department at OSU to become a brewer – this would be a wonderful way to celebrate finishing his first year at OSU!! :)
I LOVE Seattle and I love beer!) Pick me!) Mama needs a beer filled, weekend getaway with the BF!)
This sounds like a perfect excuse to head North!

I haven’t been to Seattle in forever! Love that city…and I love beer :) Need i say more?
I believe I simply must attend this festival for one important reason: I’m spending the 4th of July with my crazy soon-to-be mother-in-law, her 2 yippy dogs, 2 birds, and of course my lovable (patient) fiance in a small house. I could use the beer to recover from such an expedition.

Oops I didn’t mean to duplicate. 1st post didn’t go through at first. My bad. Beer please?
This is the first year I’ll actually be in town for the SIB, and I would LOVE to go! Mmm… beer. :)
My wife and I met at SIB 2006 at the end of the festival and ever since then its been the best ride of our lives. We would love to come back and remember how it all started and maybe get drunk in the process
I’d like to attend because it’s an awesome event!! Seattle is fun, good beer is fun!!
To quote an old friend o’ mine that lives down in Portland –> “Beer cures all.” :: Suffice to say that I’d like to get healed. :-)
BEST BEER FESTIVAL – ALL YEAR, EVERY YEAR!
good excuse to visit my fam!
I like beer… it makes me a jolly good fellow. like beer… it helps me unwind and sometimes it makes me feel mellow. Whiskey’s too rough, champagne costs too much, vodka puts my mouth in gear. This little refrain should help me explain as a matter of fact i like beer
Beer is good
my baby girl, age 7, is with her dad for 14 days and this event is smack dab in the middle;) what a great way to sidetrack myself while I’m missing her_!;) beer on!
I’ve been a couple of times, and this is one of my favorite festivals! So many varieties and countries. It’s always better with friends too!
My Mom, a fellow beer lover, is coming in from Florida and I need to show her how we do a beer festival in Seattle!

Disabled Veteran needing to get out of the house.
So bummed that I didn’t see this until it was too late to enter for the free tickets. My birthday is this weekend and I’ll be bringing 10-20 friends along.
Even without free tickets, I’m still so excited for the festival. Good times.
